He gained a sound professional experience (fiscal, corporate and contract services). He played responsibility roles in drafting allotment plans within executive procedures in care of the Civil Court of Velletri. He provides consulting services as regards tax disputes settlement within the Municipalities of Frascati and Colonna and “Marina di Nettuno spa”. His main professional interests revolve around fiscal, administrative and commercial – corporate law management of businesses, in particular capital companies. He is a Statutory Auditor in many private companies. Many assignments related to business checkups carried out both on financial statement data and in head offices directly. He organized and took part as author at seminars and conferences as well as he gave lectures within training professional courses organized by Pubblipromo srl. He is involved with tax disputes, pleas, hearings, and motions in the relevant administrative offices in regards to both ordinary and precautionary motions against tax avoidance as well as the non-application of regulations against tax avoidance and international petitions.
